When Your Summer Is Coming To A Close And You Dont Know Where The Time Went...
Today... August 5. First day of school, August 17. I have 12 more days of summer before I embark on what could hopefully be the most awesome school year so far. I have reached the end, 12 long years (15 if ya count 3 and 4 year old programs) of hard work has led me to these next ten months. My senior year promises to be one full of rememberance, drama, and tears. I am very exited to start school. BUT i cannot believe that this summer has flown by so fast! It just feels like I got out! Nothing really exciting has happened, I still see everyone just as much, and the drama has been in full force. This town is great, you get the drama year round, ya gotta love that. Working took up a vast majority of the beginning of my summer and lately I have had some time off. All of June was spent either working at the shop or working on yearbook. Not a bad way to spend it in my opinion. July was mostly spent working. And so far August has consisted of... babysitting lol. I just wanted to post a small blog since I havent in forever, but hopefully blogging will pick back up now that the school year has begun!

Don't Say Things Can't Get Worse.... Cuz They Can
Life has a funny way of kicking you while your down. I dont know why, but it does. Have you ever noticed how some people just cannot catch a break? I am one of those people. Everytime something is going good, something, or someone just has to ruin it. People need to learn a very important lesson: Treat others the way you want to be treated. If people would just think about their actions and the effects they have on people, it would honestly change the world. In my opinion seclusion is the worst form of bullying and really shouldnt be done. Nobody ever feels good about being left out. Most people dont realize that they are secluding others, but maybe they should take a minute to think about the feelings of others. If people would do this, the world really would become a better place!

Don't Judge A Book By Its Cover
Hello Blog Readers! I'm sorry for no posting n the past few weeks, but as my cousin Paul pointed out, blogging ins't about an everyday post, Its all about the content. So I decided that typing all about my life probably isn't THAT interesting, so I've decided to do my blogging about important matters, or just important morals and things to me. Enjoy!
Ya know, I've always heard the saying "don't judge a book by its cover", but I have never thought anything of it, because I am always judging a book by its cover. Whether it be an actual book, or a person, I have always judged "books by their covers". I can think of three instances recently that have really led me to believe this.
1)Susan Boyle- Man, If I have ever owed anyone an apology, it is this woman. I was thinking the same thing as everyone in the auditorium when she walked out on that stage to perform on Britian's Got Talent, "Is this woman crazy? She needs a new wordrobe and a haircut!" But I can tell you, once the first note came out of her mouth my jar hit the floor. This woman has one of the most beautiful voice I have ever heard. I really hope she goes far in life now that she has proven to me, and the world, that you really shouldn't judge a book by its cover, congrats to you Susan Boyle!
2) Obsessed- Okay, Saturday night me and Gracie went to the movies. I wanted to see "Ghosts of Girlfriends Past" and she wanted to see "Obsessed". Well, instead of arguing, I figured we would go see "Obsessed", because I DID drag her to see "Wolverine" last weekend. I thought "Okay, some movie about a black chick (Beyonce) who husband cheats in her with some white chick (Brook Wyndum, on Legally Blonde, I don't know her real name)" Pretty boring, right?I have never been more wrong! This movie was chock full of suspense, and an ending that you couldn't beat with a stick! Honestly, I was clapping and screaming at the ending, along with everyone else in the theatre. It was something else! Everyone needs to see this film!
3) The Twilight Saga- Who is sick of hearing about Twilight? I am..... Well, I was about 2 months ago.... I finally gave in to society and read the Twilight books, and to my surprise, liked them alot. Stephanie Meyer is really a great author who has brought a whole new genre of books to the hands of many readers around the world, kudos to you!
These three events have really led me to believe in the old saying "Don't Judge a Book By Its Cover" Have you every had any kind event like this? If so, I would love to hear about it! Blog ya later!

My Extremely Hectic Week!
Hello everybody! I just want to start out this blog by sending out a heartfelt apology to everyone for me not posting in a whole week! I have been so busy with prom, work, and other stuff, that by the time I get a chance to blog, it's nearly midnight! And ya know, I’m not superman! I’m gonna try to remember everything that has happened in the past week and put it in here, but I highly doubt I can remember it all! My week from Tuesday-Friday on consisted of three things, and only those three things: School, Work, and Prom. Everyday, I went to school from 8:00-3:00, then go to work (If I was needed), and then go up to the school and work on getting prom put together. We would work until about 9:30pm every night! After that was done, I had to come home and do my homework, or at least attempt to, and then go to bed. So needless to say again, I really had no time for blogging. I actually did type up a blog on Wednesday saying simply "Too tired to blog, check back tomorrow", but I figured that was just a waste of everyone’s time! I really cannot remember anything big that did happen during the Tuesday-Friday week, but if I remember, I’ll throw them in here. So for the most part, I will just start with Friday and work my way to today, Monday.
Friday: Friday I went to school. I honestly can’t remember ANYTHING that happened during school Friday, so obviously it was nothing really interesting. But after school, I went to work. I do remember washing trucks and stuff. No wait, I DO remember what happened at school Friday! Friday, the Juniors, who had the required number of hours, got to get out all day long and help decorate for Prom. This was a very, very long and tedious task. There weren’t very many people who got out to decorate, so the few had to work much harder to make up for the ones who couldn’t get out. Lets see, I’m just gonna try to remember the highlights of Friday.
-Coach Carter TRIED to take my Zune away, claiming that it was against the rules, yet everyone else had their cell phones on, so there was no way she was getting it. She was very bossy and I didn’t really appreciate it.
-Cody tried to be all cool and show his butt in front of Chris and Lindsey, but I kindly put him in his place.
-We got pizza, supplied by the class, and it was very good.
-We all left when the 3:05 bell rang and the sponsors threw a fit because everyone was leaving, but most of us had to go to work. They eventually got some other people to come, but not without griping at us.
-Prom finally got done about 4:30, while I was at work. But I heard all about it from Gracie!
I will describe Prom in its entirety when I talk about tomorrow. Friday after work, I went home and relaxed and babysat pretty much the entire night. The only time I even got out of the house was to go watch the boy’s baseball game for about an hour with Lindsey, that’s it! I came home and fell asleep watching Madagascar 2 (Very good movie, excellent movie). I guess I was just so tired from all week that I didn’t even have the energy to finish it. Oh, and another thing that happened Friday, was that we found out that my little cousin from Louisiana was in a bad four-wheeler wreck and had to have brain surgery, it was bad, he seems to be doing okay, but is still in the hospital as of now. That’s it for Friday.
Saturday: I’m going to do Saturday in 2 different parts. Before 5:00pm and after 5:00pm. I got up Saturday at 7:35am to get ready for work. As I have said before, I dread Saturdays, because we work our hardest, and It’s just so hard to be motivated at eight on a Saturday! Anyway, I went in, and again this week, as soon as I clocked in, I started working. I washed two trucks before 10:20, when Charles told us to go ahead and knock off for the day! I was confused, but when the boss man says kick off, nobody is gonna argue! I got my paycheck and left that place! I went on the bank, cashed my check, and went home. I took a very short nap when I got home, then jumped into the shower to get cleaned up, because I was filthy! After I got cleaned up, I went to dad’s house to eat because he had cooked out. All I did was walk in, grab me a bratwurst, ate, and left. The construction people were all working on dad’s roof, so I didn’t wanna be in the way. After I left, I went and spent some time with Granny. I hadn’t seen her for a while so I decided I should go drop her a line. We had a good time visiting. I stayed there for a few hours helping her move stuff and whatnot. I left there about 2pm and came home to relax before the big night. When I got home, I watched Madagascar from the point I fell asleep at. By the time that was done it was time to get ready.
Information about Prom 2009: This year’s theme was "A Whole New World". It was all done in Arabian palaces and stuff. The color scheme was blue and silver. It was beautiful. We had huge archways surrounded by columns, and windows, and gossamer walls and ceilings, and Christmas lights illuminated everything. It was very elegant. All of our hard work paid off, because this is not a theme I am going to forget soon. We had plants and walkways, and the tables were beautifully decorated. I have pictures of this event, and will put them online as soon as possible! I will put the URL on here as soon as I can! Thanks to everyone who helped us put on a great Prom!
Prom: I started getting ready at 5:00pm. By taking the longest shower I had prolly ever taken, no lie. I got out and spent the next 20 minutes trying to maneuver into this tuxedo I had to wear to this stupid dance. After I FINALLY was able to get dressed, my mom spent like 20 minutes taking pictures of me and crying and whatnot. Apparently it was a big deal to her. She took like a bazillion pictures of me! When she finally was able to part with me, I flew down to Anniston so that Granny could see me. When I got there, she also took pictures and stuff. I was sick of pictures. When I left there I came home just long enough to do some finishing touches (Cologne, get money, camera, etc). After that, I cautiously headed up to the school. I was so nervous to be going up there by myself, but I had to be there early to work the spotlight at Grand March. By the time I was able to get there, everyone and their mother were already there. I had to fight threw a mess of people all dressed up to get into the gym. I got in there and Mrs. White showed me how to use the spotlight. All I had to do was flip the switch, and make sure it was pointed at the right spot! I stood there while waiting for GM to start. Austin Rose stood there with me and he ended up standing there to take pictures for yearbook. People piled in like you wouldn’t believe for this. Every seat was just about filled, with numerous people on the stage and back wall standing. It was a very good turnout. Then they did GM. It was beautiful to see everyone dressed up in their colorful formals, very nice. After GM, they did Who’s Who and Coronation, where Jocelyn Shands and Blake Atkinson were crowned Prom 2009 King and Queen. Congrats to everyone who won awards and stuff! After all that, everyone was dismissed from the Gym and told to wait outside for the dance to start. Everyone stood outside taking pictures with their pals. I had pictures taken with Derek, Abby, Derek and Abby, and Hannah. It was really a great time to get to mingle with everybody. I also got to see ReRe’s baby, Liberty, and she is sooo cute. We all stood outside and mingled for about 15 minutes before they let us all in. When we finally got in, we were greeted by loud music and bright light, which all looked very promising that we were gonna have a great night! And a great night we had! I sat at a table with Hannah, Dustin, Abby, and Derek. We sat and talked a lot. We also danced a lot! Gracie liked to never show up, which was kind of a let down, but when she finally did, we had a blast. I am so glad that I went now that it is over. I danced and had a great time! I took a bunch of pictures too. It seemed to me that everyone had a great time! Even the sponsors were shaking their groove things out on the dance floor. All in all, I peg prom as a success! After Prom, Gracie and I went to eat with Dustin and Hannah at Applebees. We had a "Very friendly" waitress… We laughed and had a great time! After that, Gracie and I went to sonic and got ice cream! Sonic is like our thing! We had so much fun, you wouldn’t believe. We took pictures of everything, including our new friend, Angie, the carhop at Sonic that we talked to for like 5 minutes! She was great; I hope we see her again! After Sonic, we took the long way back to EP, made a few loops, and then headed home. I got home about one, and passed out. I was worn out from having so much fun. I would have never guessed it either!
Sunday: I woke up at 9am and was so tired, but I couldn’t go back to sleep because I was so excited over Saturday night, and the fact that today was the big day I’ve been waiting for COMIC CON! I got up and got ready, and then cleaned my room. Before I left for comic con I was greeted with a HUGE surprise, Lily had her kittens! She had 4 kittens, and they and her seem to be in great health! They are all very small though! I will have more pictures of them as they become available! Grace and I left here at 11:30 and didn’t prolly say 10 words the entire way to Cape, we were both wore out! On top of Prom festivities, Grace had to go to her brother’s wedding Saturday afternoon (Congrats Roger and Libby)! When we finally got to Cape, we went and picked up Alli and Mollie. Those two are so much fun! We went and ate at McAllisters, which was awesome, and then headed to comic con. Comic con consisted of a whole bunch of tables filled of nothing but comic books for sale. I bought 4 comic books for $2.00! What a bargain! I got 2 Spider-Man, and 2 X-Men comics from the 80’s! That was pretty cool. I also got an autograph from the creator of Ghost Rider, he was like 100 years old and couldn’t understand me, but I still got an autograph! Then Alli and I went and observed some hardcore nerd role-playing game with the landscaping and the measuring and stuff, it was great! Alli and I had fun, but I’m pretty sure Mollie and Grace made fun of us the whole time! After that, we took Alli and Mollie home and me and Gracie made a quick stop by Best buy, where she got s new CD and I bought three movies (West Side Story, Chicago, and Across the Universe) for $6 each! What a bargain! Then we got Andy’s. I love Andy’s and Grace does too! While there, Hannah and her parents pulled up and Hannah told us all about her very interesting prom night! After we left there, we came home. I dropped Gracie and came home, cleaned, and watched my new movies. That was all for yesterday! I had a great weekend, but it passed by so fast!
Today (Monday): I’m just gonna fly threw today because it is nearing 10pm, and I wanna go to sleep! I went to school this morning. At school today we:
1st Hour- Took down prom, ½ the school population was out there so it only took like 30 minutes.
2nd Hour- We worked on our Algebra homework, nothing exciting
3rd Hour- We just sat and talked, and read Scope magazines!
5th Hour- We had a ½ day today so we didn’t do anything but play UNO. After 5th hour, we just sat on the benches and talked, because we didn’t wanna eat.
After we were dismissed, Austin and I had to fly to Cape to go to our orthodontist appointments and stuff by 1pm. We went to the orthodontist, ate at Culvers (Very good), went to Lowes, the Mall, and Petco, before getting Andy’s and heading home. When we got home, we cleaned and I started typing on this blog, while watching Chicago!
Now everyone is up to date on how my life has been for the past week! VERY HECTIC! Well, I’m done, because my hands are killing me! If I forgot anything, I’ll include in tomorrow’s post! Thanks for reading! Blog ya later!

April 21, 2009..... So Very Tried......
Before I start, I just wanna apologize beforehand for this being such a short blog. It is 9:18 and I am wore out. Today started out pretty normal. I got up at 6:50 and was ready by 7:20, so we left early. I took Kenzie to school, hit a loop, then headed to school at 7:50, still being the only one there. I sat in my car until the bell rang, the headed up to the building. First hour was very boring. We contined to go over our ACT booklets. I'll sure be glad when the year is over so that I can be out of that class, or all my classes because I really hate school, really. Second hour was just as, if not more, boring. All we did was go over the test, which I got a 67% on, which was better than I previously had. After we went over the test, Mrs. Wite attempted to explain the next section in our Algebra books to us., I ,however, paid no attention whatsoever, and doodled all hour. I was so so bored. I really do not like math, we'll I like it, I'm just not good at it. After algebra, we finally had our Huck Finn test in CP. I really feel like I did a good job, and Mrs. Hutcheson even commented me on my essay! She said that she made the mistake of reading mine first then she had to look at everyone else's and there was just no comparison. It was pretty much the highlight of my day. After CP we continued to take notes in chemistry. I really dislike that class as well, just because I do not understand it. In Spanish today, we did absolutely nothing, except do our Oral Evaluations, which was just reading a poem in spanish over a voice recorder. Mrs. Mickle said that I did excellent. But, then again, I didn't need her to tell me how great I was, I already knew it! At lunch we, again, didn't talk about anything interesting. I just sat and ate my lunchable in peace. World History was also a drag. We just sat there and annotated a set of worksheets then talked all hour. My day must seem to really suck, but then again, I'm having alot of trouble remembering specifics because I'm so tired. Seventh hour me and Blaire looked at yearbook progression, and made some changes. We also made a list of people and pages that we needed to get movin! After school, I found out that I didn't have to work, so I went up and worked on prom from 3:30 until 9, so I am very wore out. I only left for like 30 minutes so that I could go get my tuxedo. It looks really nice on me, except I feel like I'm gonna suffocate under all those clothes! Then I went back and decorated. I do have to say that I had a good time hangin out with Cati and Lindsey at the Promsite tonight. My picture tonight is actually Lindsey putting windows on the columns we made! We still have quite a bit of work to go before we get this done! Juniors need to be there helping whenever possible! Its good that me and Cati are starting to be friends! Now that I'm home I am watching "The Day The Earth Stood Still", its pretty good, but really short it seems like. Oh well, now that I've explained my day, I'm gonna hit the sack! Sorry for the short blog! C Ya!

"Why didn't I name him Mr. Ed? Uh... I don't know, maybe because he's not a horse, stupid....."
Mondays.... Monday, Monday, Monday..... The most hated day of the week, and with good cause! This morning I was sleeping really really well until Austin came into my room screaming at me for some reason. I wasn't awake so I wasn't fully comprehanding what exactly he wanted. He kept screaming until I finally realized what he was yelling about. "Ethan, get up! Its 7:25! We have to go!" Omg, it hit me like a brick in the face. I jumped up and grabbed my phone, and sure enough it was 7:25! Stupid thing for not going off at 6:30! I ran and hurried to wake McKenzie up and start getting ready. I took the world fastest shower and got ready and everyone else did the same, by the time we were finished getting ready, it was 7:45, and we all looked like we had been hit by a freight train. We may not have even looked presentable, but we had to get a move on before we were all late for school. Fortunately, I was able to get all of us to school on time without being late! And I was still able to get a good parking spot in the student parking lot! Good for me! As I walked up to the building, the bell rang. So I had to hurry to get to first hour without being late. First hour we got griped at for some reason, then did some work out of our ACT booklets. That was a very uneventful hour, except for Brittany coming back from ISS, which is always fun. Second hour, we took our algebra tests, and got yelled at some more. Mrs. White was in a bad bad mood today, I don't know why, but everytime I opened my mouth she made me shut it, which was crazy, seeing as I wasn't even talking. When Channel 1 finally rolled around, I went to a Stuco meeting to sign up to run for next years class officers. I'm not gonna run, but I wanted out of Bev's room. I did, however, sign up to be on the Relay for Life team, which should be fun! Me and a whole bunch of other High Schoolers walking a track all night long ought to be real real fun! Atleast it is for a good cause! After Channel 1, I headed for CP, where we continued to talk about Huck Finn, because our test is tomorrow! Part of me is very glad to have finished the book, but then again, now we get to go back to the Grammar books which sucks so bad it isn't even funny! I hope I do good on the test tomorrow though! The best oart about CP today was that we talked about the theme of Hick Finn and somebody was so far off from the poin that it was hilarious and I about dies., Something about Blacks, Whites, and Chinese people.... Maybe I missed a chapter or somethin, because I really do not remember anything about Chinese people. Chemistry was a drag if I have ever seen one... Mrs. White handed us a packet of notes, six pages long, and said "start writing" how nice of her right. We wrote all hour long without a peep pretty much. In Spanish today we finished our tests, I made an 89% on mine! Woo hoo! After that, we got all of our stuff plamnned out for our big fiesta on Thursday to celebrate the end of the school year. We still have 18 days of work left, but Mrs. Mickle can be a little strange sometimes, but when someone says party, whose gonna complain? After Spanish, we had lunch. Lunch was pretty blah, I got me a Dr. Pepper and some chicken nuggets, the only school food that I like to eat. We talked about.... well, I dont remember what we talked about, so that oughta tell ya how exciting it was! World history today was pretty fun. Skyler found an oatmeal pie and me her and Hannah tore it into pieces and threw it at people all hour. It was pretty fun, except we all got covered in the icing stuff and it was really messy and we had to clean it up. Yeah.... fun class, good times, good times.... We actually were suppose to be doing a worksheet, but you see how that worked out.. Nothing much else happened in there except for all of us talkin to Hannah Dill's mom over the phone. That was a hoot. Hannah Dill cracks me up, she always has something funny to say, she is so oblivious to everything. And one of those people who is so open it is hilarious, she will talk about ANYTHING without even cracking a smile. It kills me! Friday night when I took Grady uptown she was there and she kept askin if he was a horse, du'h Hannah! My quote for today's blog actually came from our conversation. Heres the run down: Hannah: Dude, Is that a horse?
Me: No, Hannah, *sigh* this is my Airedale, Grady
Hannah: Grady?! Why didn't you name him Mr. Ed!?
Me: I don't know Hannah, maybe because he's not a horse, stupid...
Hannah: *Busts out laughing until she crys*
Me: *Stonewall, you've got to be kidding me face*
That's about how it went. Hannah kills me sometimes, but she is always the life of the party, so I wouldn't have it any other way! Back to my day! Once WH was over, I went to publictions. Today I helped Blaire cut out stuff for the Senior Walk and then took Mrs. Douglas page-by-page of the yearbook to show how how we were going on the progress front. With only five, count em, five weeks left of school, I'm starting to stress about getting this done! But we did get some really good news today, we have sold, or will have sold, over 150 yearbooks, that is a school record! Usually we only sell to about one-third of the student body, this year we have sold to over half of the student body! We purchased 175 yearbooks, and after giving out the sold ones, giving the school board members theirs, giving the other people and places theirs, and the staff, we will have a total of one yearbook left! That is also a huge deal! So congrats to you East Prairie High School on supporting your yearbook staff! When the final bell rang for the day, I went to work where I had a pretty easy day. Washed one truck, number 115, and made it shine up really good! After that I just cleaned up on the shop! After work I hit my traditional loop and headed home. When I got home me and Mckenzie flew kites while waitging on supper, corndogs, to get done. Today was another wonderful day for kite flying! I love flying kites, it always seems to relieve my stress and it is so fun! We flew until dinner, then I ate, did some light homework and got on here to start typing. I read my emails, and text a few people about some stuff and just finished up! So I think I'm gonna go uptown and talk to Gracie for a little bit! Have a wonderful Monday night everyone! Blog ya tomorrow!

My Weekend In A Nutshell!

Morning blog readers! It is Sunday April 19, 2009 and what a beautiful day it is! The sun is shining and it isn't cold! And what am I doing? Sitting in my living room still in my pajamas typing on my blog! Go me! For everyone, if anyone, who was wondering if they missed a blog posting yesterday, do not fear, I didn't post one! I really did not have time! It was nearly midnight before I could actually sit down and start typing, so I decided I would just do a weekend blog of Saturday and Sunday together so maybe it'll be a little longer and more interesting. Before I begin, I would like to explain about my pictures for today for all of you who are confused! The first picture here features Steph, one of my good friends from Dexter! She was on the front page of Semoball.com yesterday for her pitching, and I think that is a huge deal so I put it on here! This second one is Grace's new hairdo! She had pink, and now it is blue and she thought it was a big thing, so I figured I could make it my picture for today! Now back to my weekend. Saturday morning, I woke up at the wonderful time of 7:15am to get ready for work. I seriously despise having to go in on Saturday mornings, I love to sleep so it is so hard to get up! I got up and got ready for work, and was done pretty early so I hit a loop at 7:50 Saturday morning, and let me tell ya, I sure thought I was cool, being the only person in town, literally! After that oh so fun loop, I headed to work. The first thing I noticed this morning was that my boss wasn't there. Meaning that his dad would be the boss for today, and he works us to death. As soon as we had clocked in, he was having trucks pulled up for me and into the shop for the guys. We all worked our butts off, we didn't even get to go get breakfast! The only good thing that came out of work yesterday was getting off at noon like were suppose to! I washed 3 trucks and was tired as heck by the time I was finished. After leaving work, I went to dad's to check on Gradie, he was fine so I headed home. As soon as I walked into the back door, my mother I shouting orders, something she does best. So right off the bat, I had to fold laundry and clean my room. After that I was finally able to jump into the shower and get cleaned up. After I got cleaned up, I sat patiently waiting for Grace to tell me when we could leave for Dexter to go see Steph. Around 1:30 Grace told me that we couldn't go to Dexter and that we would just hang out later. So I just kinda sat around the house and downloaded music for the remainder of the afternoon. At some point, I got bored of sitting around and called the theater in Sikeston to see what was playing. Turned out that 17 Again was playing at 6:45 and I really wanted to see it, so I called up Gracie and we made plans to go see it. I got ready and we finaly left East Prairie around 5:30. We went to Charleston first, to see how the Azalea Festival was going. I do have to say that I was seriously disappointed. There weren't anymore people there that there usually in Charleston at any other given day. We rode around for a little bit before driving over to Bear Creek Mercantile to see Mrs. Hitchcock. It has been awhile since I have seen Karen but we did not stay long to visit. Just long enough to pop our heads in and say hello, before heading to Sikeston. After that short stop, we headed to the theater to see 17 Again. I do have to say that it was a great movie, but the critics were right about it being a high school fantasy, because lemme tell ya, high school is nowhere near like that. All that characters did a wonderful job and it ended up being pretty funny! I give the flick and 8 on the Gregory scale of Greatness, for good acting and storyline, but the whole high school greatness factor kinda brought it down for me! Go see this movie and tell me what you think! If you dont know anything about the movie, check out this trailer at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1Npfw6QvVo! After the movie, we went to eat. Trying to decide on what to eat was an argument that started well before the movie even started. We eventually decided that we would watch the movie and count the number of mexican and chinese people in order to decide what to eat. The mexicans were blown out. The chinese won the bet 4-0! So, being said, we headed to our favorite chinese place, Pekings. When we got there we pulled up at the window to order and the chinese woman answered the window and I swear I have never heard so much hatrid in a persons voice! She really just had a 'whatever' attitude. It was killing me because she was rollin her eyes and stuff and Gracie was makin fun of her under her breath and I about lost it at the window. As I pulled off I started laughing so hard that I had to pull over and cry, literally! It was horrible! After our episode, we went and sat in the walmart parking lot to eat, where we ate and continued to laugh. Gracie can be soooo funny sometimes. After we ate, we started to head home. Then it started to rain, unfortunately. We rode around uptown for a little while then decided to go get ice cream from K.C. and go up to the parking lot. We sat in the parking lot and didn't talk to Derek while we ate! By the time we were finished, it was close enough to 11 that I had to take Grace home. After she got out, I hit a few more loops before I came home and fell asleep watching Fools Gold. That was the end of my day Saturday!
LATER THAT DAY
Sunday:
I rolled out of bed at 10:30, it felt soooo soooo good to sleep late. I got up, went and heated me up some biscuits and gravy, and went back to my room and ate while watching Shrek 2. After I ate, I went and took a shower and got ready for the day. I took my time, picked me out a t-shirt and some shorts, and layed around for a little bit. Dad called me at some point to ask if I wanted to go to Cape to spend my Easter money because I was runnin out of clothes! So me dad and Austin went to Cape. While in Cape we ate at the Pasta House and shopped. While at the mall I saw all kinds of stuff for next weeks big Cape Comic Con Event that Alli, Mollie, Grace, Rosie, and I will be attending! That really excited me! Check out the site at http://www.capecomiccon.com/! If you wanna go, holler at me and We'll meet up there! Then I went to Barnes and Noble and looked at new cds and books. I didnt find much, except for The Adventures of Tom Sawyer that I have been wanting to buy every since we started reading Huck Finn. I like getting whole series. So I bought it! After buying that we went shopping for Austin's clothes, which was really, really boring! He griped about everything. When we finally got him done with, I grabbed me a couple pairs of jeans and a few shirts and I was ready to get outta there! When we left, we went and got Andy's on the way home, which is a kind of tradition for us you could say. We headed straight home after that. I didn't do much else today! I came home, read my book, and typed this for all of my readers! Well, I hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready for the great (hopefully) week to come! I'll keep ya posted! oh, and by the way, Cati Vann and I are running for Beta Club President and Vice President, vote for us! Have a good one.

Friday: Need I Say More?
I don't think I have ever given much thought to the saying "Thank Goodness It's Friday" or "TGIF", but the person who first said it, should have coined it, because they would be one rich dude. Honestly, anybody who is like me has gotta be thinking it! Who doesn't enjoy a Friday, the only thing better perhaps, is a Saturday (that I wouldn't have to work)! Today made for a pretty simple Friday. The day started simple enough. Well, I guess you could call it simple, nothing different except me pushing my snooze button twice and not getting out of bed until 6:50, which cause me to get ready in a hurry. U hate having to be in a hurry, there is just something about being rushed that bothers me. I always forget something when I try and do it fast. Hmmm, let's see, oh! We (well WE were suppose [the yearbook staff]) wore our "got yearbook" shirts today in celebration of today, April 17, being the last day to purchase a yearbook. After I got ready, I took Austin Mckenzie to school and then ran my library book up to the library. When I finally got to school, it was 7:45, which is really, really late for me. But, alas, there was still only Adadly and Jessica there today. Adalyn decided that she wanted to throw pennies at my car, which was not a good idea on her part, because I have two ashtrays full of pennies. I showed her up at the penny war, then decided to throw a few at Jessica for good measure. By the time that was over with people were starting to pile in. I noticed that Hannah, Lydia, and Grace were here so I took a stroll over to their vehicle and chatted with them for a little but before the bell rang. As we walked into the building I realized that we sure do have alot of ugly people in our school! Just what I'm thinking though... So anyway, first hour was a drag, i got a 14/40 on our verb/preposition quiz yesterday and I'm nowhere near the worst grade in the class so Hutch gave up a nice little verb worksheet today to work on during the entire hour. She told us a funny story about her sheep virus, ask her about it, it's hilarious. Second hour we went over the stuff that we did yesterday in class. I had a bunch of questions cuz apparently I had no idea what I was doing when I worked the work out the first time. Everytime I asked a question, Bev snapped back at me with a smart-elleck comment, then laughed ay me... She can be a strange bird at times, but she is pretty great sometimes. We had a Channel 1 meeting for Beta Club, to see who all wanted to run for next years officers; I wanted to run for President, but I can't run against Cati Vann, I couldn't do that! So I'm thinking about running for Vice. Being Cati's Vice President wouldnt be that bad of a thing! Third hour we discussed Huck Finn, again..... I'm really getting tired of it, but I only have to read two more chapters and I'm finished with the entire book, yay me! Fourth hour we took an entire front and back page of notes, which was the a huge drag! In Spanish today we took a test, which was absolutely no fun. Now that I think about it, today was a very very boring day, and It's making for a very boring blog, sorry guys! Lets see. Come lunchtime my day started getting a little interesting. Matt (the bully/thug I had problems out of yesterday) sat at the table right beside me. He mouthed the entire lunch period, but I kept my trap shut, because I really did not want to have another day like yesterday. Besides that lunch was short, because I kept running to get people sodas or napkins, I try to keep myself busy. After lunch, we went to World History and that was definately fun, and dramatic, as usual. Matt decided he wanted to mouth again, so me and Heb had to put him in his place, again! Go us! Today Mrs. Loomas didnt put up with his stuff as much, but I really wish she would just kick him out because he really bothers me. It was not as bad as yesterday, but I got my point across. In publications I worked on fixing the computers and showing Blaire all the stuff I've been doing. After school, I actually got to work! I have total of six hours this week! That'll Pay the bills... I washed one truck and then caught up with Billy and Randy on what all I have missed this week. I really did not miss anything interesting. Billy is kinda like my psychiatrist, he has done it all, literally! He has good advice on EVERYTHING, it's crazy, but they say the best thing is personal experience! Randy is Billy's laid back brother, Randy is always the one to play jokes on, like today for instance, I stood behind the shop and threw rocks at him so he couldn't see me, it was so funny, he thought they were fallin from the sky or something! Well, the only thing about these guys is that they get you back bad sometimes! When Randy found out it was me, he chunked a potato at me and thank God it missed, cuz it splattered when it hit the wall behind me! That woulda hurt! But it's all in good fun, those two wouldn't hurt a fly! After work, I came straight home and got cleaned up a little bit for my big night out. Here is a brief rundown of how my night went. I went uptown to talk to Haley and Hannah for a little bit, while I was there, I decided to go get Gradie, my Airedale Retriever puppy, and show him off. He is such a cute puppy and good dog. Everyone is always complementing him on everything from his looks to his laid back attitude! Completely awesome dog! Anyway, I took Gradie uptown and everyone came to see the puppy like it was a huge deal. After the commotion died down, me and Gradie went and got mexican to go from the excellent mexican restaurant here in town (It may be awesome, but I can never remember the name!) and went to Dad's and watched House while we ate. House was a re-run, but I didn't care, I love House, and so does Gradie. Gradie really likes that Dog Whisperer show with Ceaser Milano but it is never on anymore.... After we ate me and Gradie hit a few loops while waiting on Tommy and Rosie to text me. They finally text me and we rode around for pretty much the entire night, except for Austin having to take some girl riding around and then it was just me and Tommy which was still really fun! That was pretty much it. There was some kind of shooting around 2nd street and stuff, but I never really heard anything about that after it happened... Hope no one is dead... Then some cops were racing threw town, prolly to catch someone actin' a fool.... Oh, and I also got to see BW and Derek tonight, which is always a pleasure, can't ever see enough of them, they are so great! The only downside about tonight was that Gracie was in Cape with her mom, bummer and I didn't get to see her, but we text! I also talked to Stephanie for a tid bit which was fun! But on the way home my favorite new song came on which is "My Life Would Suck Without You" and I was singing so loud it was crazy, and since I couldn't call Grace and sing, I called Alli who enjoyed it just as much! I also got to hear about how awesome the Ludo concert was for Alli, I just love Alli she is sooo great! But it's getting late and I have to be at work at 8am tomorrow! So all you guys have splendid weekend!

Takin' Life By The Horns!

Ooooh boy, lemme tell ya, today was pretty great. It may not have started great, but man, it has just gotten as the day has progressed. I guess I'll just start at the beginning. Waking up again this morning was a huge feat. I stayed up late last night talking to Derek on the internet! Oh yeah, and I was waiting for Grace to call me back, which she didn't because her phone died, but it's all good! I finally passed out about 11:15 while waiting for Derek to IM me back and watching Shrek 2. I got up and got ready this morning with no difficulty. The kids were good, but I wish Mom didn't have to be at work at 7am. Oh well. We left pretty early this morning and got to school. I sat in the student parking lot and watched Austin run away like my car had the plague or something. He despises riding with me. I guess he would have rather had Mom taken him to school. Sebring Vs. Beagle? In my opinion, there is no competition. I absolutely love my car, it may not be the best of anywhere near the most expensive, but I would rather have it than just about anything else. I mean, I'm not gonna turn down a Porsche or something, but you get the picture. Anyway, back to my day. I was sitting in the car, and observing my surroundings as I do every morning. Nothing different, Addie and Jessica are pretty much the only people here this early. Hannah is here this morning, which is different, but oh well. Grace drove to school this morning, so when she got here, she came over and sat in my car with me before we walked in together as the bell rang. First hour was a drag, we took practice tests, but I wish Brittany had been there because I could have used a good laugh. Second Hour, Rere was here today so I had to sit on the outside row, which is not cool, but I'll live. We did a Chapter Assessment to prepare for our test tomorrow, which I will surely fail. It's not that I don't know how to do it, math tests are just hard! During Channel 1, Ms. Caroline called out a bunch of people including me to inform us of lunch charges. I owed a total of sixty cents... Craziness for calling me out for that. I stood in line for that?! Oh well, I moped around until the bell for third hour rang, cuz I didn't wanna go back to Algebra, can you blame me? Third hour was nothing, boring as usual, we went over Huck Finn. It's turning out to be a pretty good book, I am impressed. Fourth hour was pretty okay, except for Bev White thinking I was crazy for asking the questions I was asking, but oh well. Chemistry is pretty challenging, but I only have all of five weeks left, so I'll survive. In Spanish today we had a La Catrina, our mini soap opera, which is always fun. Nothing exciting there. Lunch is where the fun begins! Well, The bell is about to ring, so I'll finish my day up later! C ya!
Takin' Life By The Horns! Part II
Unfortunately, I had to prematurely end my last blog without finishing my day. I was typing in my 7th hour publications class and the bell was about to ring so I had to stop. I ended my last blog with my going to lunch, time to start back at the same point. I entered lunch nervously because today was the day of the big election, Stucco President! We had a pretty good turnout today at lunch to vote, but I will not find out the results until later at the banquet. After lunch I went to World History. Today, a certain someone, decided they were going to mouth some people in our classroom and it started a huge uproar. I just wanna give a thumbs up to HEB (Haley Bryant) and Amanda Linebaugh for sticking up for themselves. It's about time me and others stood up for ourselfs against common bullies and thugs. The hour is probably going to be talked about for a very long time because, it was a huge deal. Nobody ever wants to stick up for themselves against a bully because they are scared, but I'm to the point where I do not have much time left here at EPHS and I'm not going to be ridiculed by some thug. Everyone needs to just start sticking up for themselves and not let others run them down! I feel alot better after having said what I believe needed to be said. The rest of the school day passed without much comotion. All 7th hour I typed Part I of this blog! After school, i went and checked in at work, no trucks in, again... I really need to start getting those hours in to make that big money! I hit my daily loop, and headed on home. Now I'm typing on this blog, waiting on my Mom to get home so that we can go uptown and order me a tuxedo for the big Prom next weekend. Yeah, I know its only a week away and I'm just now getting a tux, but in all honesty, I had no intention of going, but my wonderful friends decided to talk me into it. They can be pretty great sometime. Supposedly me and Grace are gonna hang out at Prom so that I don't have to look like a big loser and be there all by my lonesome! But I still have no idea what color or anything to get on this tux, but I'm gonna have some fun with it if I can!2 Hours Later:
Well, I got my tux! Its black with a brown vest and tie, they didn't have the first style I wanted but, I sippose that's what I get for waiting until the last day to order! It looks good and I'm just glad I could get it! It wasn't as bad as I thought though, except for having to be measured... that was fun... After I ordered my tuxedo, I came home and jumped into the shower to get ready for this banquet for Stucco tonight. I'm really excited and nervous at the same time, I'm really hoping for a victory in the election, but if not, oh well, any of the three canidates in my opinion will do a great job. I'll be finishing and posting as soon as I get back from my banquet! Wish me luck and thanks for all of you who helped to support me!
7:48 PM
Well guys, I just returned home from the Stucco banquet. With good news and bad. Good news first! I recieved Student Council Member of the Year for the second time, which is huge, Congrats to me! And thank you to everyone who promoted me for this prestigious honor! Not the bad, well, it's not bad, just disappointing news. I did not win Stucco President *sigh* yeah I know! But Hannah and Gracie did win and they will do a great job. If anyone else had to win, I would much rather it be the two of them! everyone give them a big congratulations and a pat on the back! I also wanna take a minute to thank everyone for supporting me and Jessica throughout this campaign, we couldn't have made it this far without your help! Next year's Stucco is going to be completely awesome, I cannot wait. The banquet tonight was great, MJ and Marlina were brought to tears when they presented the Teacher of the Year award to Mrs. White, she really is a great teacher, it is a shame to see her retire, I don't know what the school will do without her. MJ had a really nice slideshow for us all to watch and the food was wonderful. It was a really nice banquet, just as the Stucco banquet always is and should be! The only down side was that she forgot to get me a plaque for Executive Council, but she felt soo bad, and said she would order me one! I think thats about all for today. Thanks again for everything you guys do for me! And start becomming followers and leaving me comments!! C Ya!

The Beginnings of Greatness?

*Sigh* Is it ALREADY 6:45am? I have to check that clock, it cant be... it seems like I just woke up... My Blackberry rings, the all to familiar tone of "Bitch, Stop Callin' Me" plays. You have got to be kidding me, its 6:45am, what could he possibly want? I act like i didnt hear it and slowly but surely build up my strength to sit up. I glance around my cluttered room *sigh* Why can't this place just clean itself? I decide I better get up and get the other two kids up so we can get out of here on time for once. I stumble down the hallway and make my way into Mom's room, turning on the light waking up McKenzie, I know it sucks having the light turned on, but now I realize why Mom always did it when i was McKenzie's age. I would have to get up eventually to turn it off. She moans and groans but eventually gets up and going. I make the kid cinnamon toast, she is addicted. Now that I have her going, time to wake up Austin, thats not always easy. Thankfully he was 'already awake' and i didnt have to fight about makin him get up. Whatever, not my problem. It's goin on 6:57, I better hurry up. I jump in the shower and I'm not sure, but it seems like time goes by so slow while in the shower. I just stand there, letting the water hit me, trying to think about whatever it was I needed to do. I thought your mind worked out your problems while you slept, right... I stand there long enough and decide I better hurry up, I get out, dry off, then brush my hair and teeth. I'm about to open the bathroom door when i hear the all to familiar screaming of McKenzie and Austin, apparently Austin wanted cinnamon toast too. McKenzie and Austin cannot stand to be in the same room, they clash constantly. Austin likes to egg her on and that does not help the situation. I tell them to separate. It's sad that I have to tell those two to get away from each other and go get ready for school. I make it to my room and decide to pick out clothing. I dig through piles of unfolded laundry until i find my favorite pair of jeans and my basketball homecoming t-shirt. I dress then fill my pockets with phone, keys, wallet I think as I put them in my pockets. I make my way into the kitchen to make me a bowl of cereal, but alas, no milk. Of course...house full of groceries and no milk, what a ripoff! I decide to forget it and holler for the troops to come on. They file in, Kenzie in front with Austin behind her. I have to examine them before school, because lets face it, neither is very dependable to take care of themselves. McKenzie is good, which is good because I don't want to have to help her brush her hair. Then I turn to Austin, his hair is a mess, his teeth are disgusting, and I'm pretty sure that he does not smell too great. Whatever, I dont care, It isn't me that will have to deal with him. Time to leave and head for school. We all pile into the Beagle (My Buick Regal) and start down the road. Half-way down Spanish Grant, Austin exclaims that he has left his keys, we turn around, get his keys, and head back towards school, again. Me and Austin argue about the choice of music, because he doesn't agree with any of my music. So, out of spite I turn it to a song he hates and turn it up to drown out his voice. We drop McKenzie off at school and head to school ourselves. We pull into the student parking lot and I hesitate to put the car in park. Here we are again....In Hell. Austin jumps out as soon as soon the car is in park, I dont know where he always disappears off too, but I guess he is out of my hair. I check my surroundings: Jess's Scion parked behind Addie's Escape, thats about normal for 7:25 am. I remember that Jess made the campaign posters for us so I text her to see where they are. After a brief discussion with Jessica, I go to her car and retrieve our posters so I can hang them up. I take a look at them, pretty good job Jessica did, I should give her more credit sometimes. I walk into the building trying not to make eye contact with any of the early morning stragglers because, to be honest, I am not a morning person. I enter Mrs. Douglas's room and notice that I'm the only student there, that's pretty cool. I chat with her for a minute about how the campaign is going then jack her tape to hang the posters in the hallway. I hang our posters amongst all the other junk that clutters our hallway. Funny thing about our hallway, well wait, there is nothing funny about the halways at EPHS. Black, Red, and White... How cute, the school colors. I pass Mr. Wilson's room while hanging posters inside the building and see Jess taking her test, I say hey, but i gotta keep goin. By the time i get the poster hung up, I have about 30 seconds to get my stuff gathered up before the morning bell rings. While the other 300 and some students file in to class, they all have the same bored look on their face. I just go onto Mrs. Hutcheson's class and take my usual seat beside Brittany and Hannah. First hour passed pretty normally, nothing exciting except Taylor Bennett and Hutch getting into it, utter greatness, Go Hutch! When the bell rings, I head to Mrs. White's. Instead of walking in to Mrs. White telling me good morning, I see Mrs. Bowlin (UGH) here instead. Great... My favorite person. I sit down in Re-Re's seat think maybe she wont be here today, I was right! To my left, my best friend, the always beautiful and exciting Gracie sits and chats with BW (The Braless Wonder, AKA Abby Jo). We exchange our good mornings and whatnot before the bell rings. Sadly, Bev left us a quiz today. How nice of her right? Yeah... anyway, i complete the quiz without much difficulty, except for the last three questions. Oh well. After the quiz we just sit and talk. The girls kinda sat and read Hick Finn and talked, but I wasn't really interested, so I turned around to join in on Dustin, Cody, and Micheal's coversation, which also isn't very interesting, but atleast it's funny. I sit quietly and make comments when their needed, but today I just felt like being quiet, must've been tired. The bell rings again and I head for Hutch again. In CP nothing happened at all, nothing, but that usually how CP goes, all work and no play. Chem wasnt that bad either, we had our chapter test, thanks again Bev, but it was open book. Spanish is when my day startes to get a little more fun. It is my most boring class, but atleast I can talk during Spanish. Mrs. Mickle is in a good mood, which is awesome because that means I can make comments and joke around with Grace all hour, and occassionally make fun of Iris when she decides to talk. After Spanish, me and Grace sell yearbooks at lunch. It was pretty fun, but we kinda ran out of things to talk about which is not cool. Sometimes i think me and her have already pretty much talked about everything there is to talk about, but then, something always comes up, fortunately. World History was quite eventful, we had a sub, but I have no idea who she was, but I did not like her. She was one of those who tries to make a name for herself by being mean for no reason. Well, she really shouldn't have started cuz Momma (Brittany Helms) was not in the mood today and just gave that lady a piece of her mind, recieving 2 days of ISS in the process, Kudos to Brittany. I text Alli for the remainder of the hour and got caught up on her life, we have both been busy lately and havent gotten to talk much. After WH, I make my way to 7th hour, Publications, my haven. My favorite hour. I didn't really do anything but sit in the corner and talk to Gracie while editing pages and then went and talked to Blaire and Mrs. Douglas about some yearbook mess. Yearbook is pretty much great, 90% of the time. We sang happy birthday to Courtney today, well I did, everyone else just sat there. Lazy..... When the final bell rang, I walked with Grace to Hannah's car, before going to my own. I got in my car and headed to work and went in. Boss man says there's nothing for me to really do, so check in tomorrow, I said okay and go out to the shop to talk to Billy before I go home. Nothing new going on around there, as usual. So I make a loop and head home. I feed the cat, do my daily chores and wait for the other two to get off of the school bus. Once they are off I send them off to do their school work and eat a snack. Austin finished and went to his room, he likes to be left alone. But Kenzie is always wanting to do something, but then again, what 8 year old girl isnt... So we go fly kites, it was a good day for it too. We flew for about an hour and came inside, I checked my email and watched TV. I sent Grace a text askin her if she wanted to fly kites after practice. Mom called and told me to come with her to the grocery store. and I wasn't going to say no because she has been in a terrible mood every since she started this new job. Its prolly because she doesnt sleep. But while at the store, Grace calls and says that her mom says she has to go home so no kites today. Darn parents can be so unreasonable sometimes. I came home, put up groceries, made me a frozen pizza, ate, and watched some TV. I got bored and then decided to do this blog. My life has been pretty boring up to this point but, but hopefully excitement is just around the corner!
